China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park plans to set up Huibaoyuan Health Maintenance Industrial Investment Funds

Recently, under the witness of Gao Pu, executive deputy director of the Industrial Park Management Committee and Ma Dongjun, chairman of Capital Development and Ruon Investment Management Co., Ltd., Huibaoyuan Health Maintenance Industry Investment Funds Enterprises (Limited Parnership) Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement ("the Agreement" for short) was signed by the Administrative Committee of China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park, Guangxi Huibaoyuan Medical Science and Technology Co., Ltd. ("Huibaoyuan" for short) and Weiming Crowd-funding (Beijing) Management & Consultation Co., Ltd. ("Weiming" for short). Zhou Hua, chairman of Huibaoyuan, Chen Zihong, director of Finance Bureau of China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park's Administrative Committee and Liu Hongbin, partner of Weiming signed on the Agreement respectively as representatives.

According to the agreement, the three parties will set up Huibaoyuan Health Maintenance Industrial Investment Funds in the industrial park in line with the principal of complementary advantages and mutual benefits. They will focus on China-ASEAN Medicine Innovation Park, strengthen the sector of health and maintenance of Huibaoyuan and cultivate a national leading company and make it be listed one so as to promote the development of China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park and medicine and health industry in Guangxi.

It is learned that the fund intends to set up in a limited partnership way, with a total value of RMB 2 billion, and its first stage reaches RMB 500 million. With a management model of specialization and market-orientation, the fund will be designed to concentrate on facilitating the investment of health and maintenance of Huibaoyuan, including, but not limited to the fine projects such as targeted medicine, biological medical treatment, high-end medical services, big date of medical treatment and artificial intelligence.
